The star rating function has become my file cabinet: 1-star: no good — they move into a separate folder automatically. 2-star: cows. 3-star: Candids. I copy these into a separate folder, so riders can tell their friends, "Hey, you're in my folder!" and those candids generate sales at a lower price point. 4-star: show photos. 5-star: only the truly exceptional shots — the ones you want to showcase.

You can watermark as need and tailor that to you, it pops out video thumbnails for each video it processes, and yes, videos are all labeled just the same as photos!!! Even if all you do is video. You want this program. The video aspect is almost more important, if you can't get mass videos labeled you have a clump of videos you can't use that are just taking up space and you have no time to find.

It shines in metadata writing too. The metadata tools are phenomenal. Plug and play. You can set it up to auto-pull whatever you want, names, location, your copyright info & several other cool configurations. That means Instagram, Facebook, and search engines recognize it, and your reach increases instantly.

What makes it so amazing: BIP was built by someone who lives this horse show business. It wasn't dreamed up in some boardroom — it was created by a working photographer who knows what we go through. And what levels it up is that any sports photographer, or event photographer or real estate photographer can use BIP to get the exact same results.

On top of that, the tech support is absolutely phenomenal. If I can do it, you can do it. Even though it's a complex, powerful system, you're never stuck. If anything goes wrong, the support team makes it easy to solve — fast, clear, no stress.
